Following a delicious breakfast, a professional driver guide will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 AM to begin your exploration of the city. As the capital of Rwanda, Kigali offers an opportunity to learn about the country's history before, during, and after colonization, as well as to visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial. After lunch and some relaxation time, you will visit the Campaign Against Genocide Museum before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay and some further relaxation.

At 7:00 AM, the driver guide will pick you up from your Kigali hotel after you have had breakfast. The drive to Nyungwe National Park takes approximately 6 hours, during which you will stop at the national museum for 2 hours to learn about Rwandan culture, traditional marriage, and the king's palace. Upon arrival at the park reception, you will register before having lunch and relaxing. In the afternoon, you will go for a canopy walk, during which the park guide will give you a briefing about the walk. This will provide you with an opportunity to enjoy the natural breeze of Nyungwe's forest, scenic views, and the sounds of bird songs and animal calls in the jungle forest, while also spotting different species of monkeys and birds along the way. The average duration of the canopy walk is 1 hour and 30 minutes. You will then spend the night at a hotel around the park.

After enjoying your breakfast, your driver guide will meet you and drive you to the Gisakura reception for the colobus tracking activity. At the reception, a park guide will give you a briefing about the park and the rules and regulations for the colobus trekking before driving to the starting point. The trek can take approximately 3 hours in the forest where you can spot other monkeys, birds, and beautiful views of the forest. After completing the trek, you will return to the hotel for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, you will head to the tea plantation where you can enjoy picking and processing tea while also taking in the scenic views of the area and the sunset over Lake Kivu. This experience is sure to be memorable. You will then return to the hotel where you will stay overnight and relax.

After having breakfast packed for the early morning, embark on a chimpanzee tracking adventure. Upon arrival, you will receive a briefing from a park guide on the park regulations and rules for chimpanzee trekking before proceeding to the starting point. The trek through the forest may last between 4 to 7 hours, during which you can spot other primates, birds, and admire the stunning forest scenery. Once the trek is over, return to the hotel for lunch and check-out. Next, head to Lake Kivu and enjoy the scenic views along the way. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel, and take some time to relax and enjoy the scenery. In the afternoon, participate in activities such as kayaking, boat riding, or simply unwind on the beach and enjoy a refreshing swim. Take a romantic moonlit walk on the beach, or join in on nightclubs and beach parties for those who enjoy dancing. Spend the night at your lodge and relax.

After having breakfast and checking out from your hotel, start your journey towards Kigali. Along the way, take in the scenic views and get ready for your flight departing from Kigali.
